With our innovative and unique building system, many of our clients have overcome various restrictions and limitations such as sloping blocks, rural and remote locations and even island builds. Our revolutionary homes also offer great flexibility to add more modules as required, giving additional space at a time that suits your needs and budget. Our designs offer a practical use of space and we can work with you to customise our designs to suit your requirements, or design a home from scratch.

When designing our homes, our focus has been on incorporating and producing an environmentally sustainable, energy responsible product. Great attention has been given to passive solar design, and with the incorporation of our patented breathable wall system, our homes are perfect for the tropical Queensland climate, and are designed to maximise the liveability and comfort of your home.

Our quality built homes can be transported almost anywhere in Queensland, with homes already delivered to Rockhampton, Blackwater, Springsure, Grantham and Agnes Water. Our homes are built FAST as they are constructed in our factory, avoiding delays such as inclement weather.

Gateway Constructions SEQ, based in South East Queensland on the Sunshine Coast, also construct and renovate commercial buildings with our most notable projects including the construction of two 90 place childcare centres ‘Kindy Garden’ at McDowall and Ferny Hills. Also the construction of the Discovery Christian College in Agnes Water which opened in early 2015.

As a not for profit organisation, we are committed to providing opportunities for young people to rebuild their lives. As an extension of the work of Teen Challenge, we offer ongoing support, guidance and encouragement to continue the fundamentals established during their program. The transition from Teen Challenge to Gateway Constructions SEQ allows young people to re-enter the community and stay focused on their journey by being surrounded by encouragement and understanding. Within the nurturing environment, we can provide skills and qualification that can transform lives and offer a brighter future to these deserving young people.
